UU PDP Compliance

bobi is fully compliant with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022), enforceable since October 2024. We take your data rights seriously.

Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Every message, document, and report is protected with enterprise-grade encryption.

Data Isolation

Each organization's data is logically isolated using row-level security in a multi-tenant architecture. There is zero possibility of cross-tenant data leakage.

Zero Training Data Policy

We never use customer data to train AI models. Your business data is processed solely to deliver the service — nothing more.

Infrastructure

Our infrastructure is hosted in Southeast Asia with regular backups, strict access controls, and continuous security monitoring. Sub-processors are contractually bound to equivalent data protection standards.
