Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the bobi platform operated by PT Inovasi Otentik Indonesia ("IOI", "we", "us"). By accessing or using bobi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use bobi for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
- Use bobi to store or process data that violates applicable data protection laws
- Resell or sublicense access to bobi without our written consent
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into bobi. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. We process your data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
The bobi platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by IOI and protected by intellectual property laws. BOBI® is a registered trademark of PT Inovasi Otentik Indonesia.
7. Third-Party Integrations
bobi connects to third-party platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp) at your direction. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or data practices of third-party services.
8. Fees & Payment
Pricing is communicated separately. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IOI's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold IOI harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
